Be honest, Never think of cheating them. 4. Go for customer satisfaction not for just selling . 5. Work hard and deliver your Best. 6. Listen to People and then act according to there needs. 7. Try to enter virgin market. 8. Never target short gain always keep eye on Long term profits. 9. Always ask people to suggest you ways of improvement, Don't mind if they rate you down, atleast you can know your weak points. 10. Main keys are " LTA " 1.--> Learn 2.--> Take Action 3.--> Adapt
