Undeniable Facts About Article Writing and How It Can Increase Your Cash Flow

One of the easiest ways of promoting your website, service or product on the Internet is completely free. This free method can drive traffic to your websites, increased sales and double or triple your current income.

What is it? Articles. One of the easiest, most sure fire ways to increase traffic to your website is through writing, submitting and placing articles on your website.

How does this happen?

First, you’ll need to write relevant articles about your website and submit them to article directories. These article directory submission sites are completely free and have tons of traffic. It’s easy to do, takes little to no time and can increase website visitors, and in turn, sales of your product or service.

Boost traffic and increase income through article writing?

Yes. Free content sites will take your article and place a link back to your website. Because it’s such a high traffic site, it gets tons of readers. They’ll read your article, and if they like it they will click on the link at the bottom and visit your site.

Your article submissions are also available so that other webmasters can publish your work on their website. At the bottom of every article that a webmaster uses will be your link, which increases traffic to your site.

As your list of published articles expands more and more of them will be picked up by webmasters and put on their various sites. The total number of link backs to your website increases exponentially. As this happens, major search engines take notice and a place more and more significance for the incoming links to your website and your site grows in importance.

As you get more incoming links to your website, search engines will list you higher and higher as a more important site. This increases your website’s placement in the search results.

When visitors arrive at your site, they will see articles that you have written about your specific topic. They will also see any products or services that you are promoting. Even browsing visitors will return, if your site is interesting, how full and useful. So, writing articles that are also placed on your website is a good business decision.

Most people visit the site with a specific problem or question on their mind. When they search on the specific keyword or key phrase, they have something on their mind and are looking for information that will answer their question. If you are listed high in the search results, chances are they’ll stumble upon one of your articles, read it and come to your site, because they felt that the article was beneficial to them. When they arrive, they will see everything that you’re promoting, and the products which are selling. All of this is free and easy to do.

Search engine results are made up of websites that are indexed and listed in their database. They also list the published articles and will index an article that is relevant and on-topic, that’s on your website. When someone arrives to read the article, they are already interested in what it has to say.

This translates into a traffic funnel the costs you nothing to maintain. It just takes time and effort to write articles and the knowledge of where to get them published, so that search engines take notice.

That’s one of the big reasons that so many webmasters are shortening up their old writing skills and taking some time to write articles that arose in to their niche, as another way to promote their products and services.

Reed I agree completely with you. My first form of traffic generation with affiliate marketing has writing articles, and it still continues to bring me a good amount of traffic on a daily basis. I have submitted over 200 articles on the web, and it has been very rewarding.

    As always, insightful information Reed.

Writing an article that captivates your audience attention takes alot of practice. Individuals who are writers or authors by trade can produce articles everyday without breaking a sweat.

One tip I learned for writing new articles is to buy an ebook and write a review about it, publish it. In the signature line, I would direct the traffic to a short report about that ebook to build a list. You just have to entice your readers by giving 2 or 3 points found in the ebook.

The report can be in a pdf or better yet, a blog format with adsence ads in them. So what happens when your readers visit your squeezepage containing your short report, they will be clicking on the adsense ads.

Thus killing 2 birds with one stone or is that 3 birds. Not only you are getting backlinks but you are also building your list and earning money from adsense ads.

    Take care.

Article writing and marketing can indeed be very rewarding but there is an art to writing articles. I’ve learnt so much about article writing since I first stumbled into it but still consider I’ve much more to learn. There are a lot of pitfalls to avoid.

The Adsense thing isn’t a bad idea unless you’re promoting something else. I wouldn’t want a bunch of 25-cent links competing with my affiliate link 😉

Heh, I should listen to myself. I have Amazon ads on my page. Gotta fix that.

Greetings Reed, Thomas Richmond here, another way of marketing, your just too good buddy lol. A method i use perhaps not related, would be list-building, if you have your own auto-responder you can build a list and submit your articals to that list, then perhaps when you have enough members who by the way trust you thats why they joined up in the first place is try elling them one of your products, and always remember in your artical emailsyou send them to put somekind of link in, could be a product? could be a freebie but have tham get use to clicking those links. Best regards Reed p.s. thanks for the marketing video page 🙂 Thomas R. Admin http://superseosubmitter.com

How do you get around the duplicate content issue with articles? If a bunch of webmasters use your article on their site as-is, with your resource box, won’t that create a bunch of duplicate content that the search engines hate?

Article writing is without a doubt one of most effective ways to get free targeted traffic.

However what most people don’t realize is that they have to know how to write and article, how to do keyword research and how to create a compelling resource box before that article can work its magic in traffic generation.

Article marketing is a technique which without a shadow of a doubt, works. So spend time studying it and you can generate targeted traffic on demand.

After seeing the phenomenal traffic I have now started directing my links to monentized web pages and slowly building my internet business. Other traffic methods like PPC could really be a money sucker whereas article writing is considerably easy and traffic pulling.

Great post again Reed. For those who doubt the value of posting articles to free directories, just submit a few articles and check the article stats every week or so – you should see the stats increasing quite rapidly. Checking stats for your posted articles will also help identify the most popular topics which is a useful indicator for what future topics to write about.

Writing and Submitting Articles is a great way to drive massive traffic to your site, and its the best way to get good targeted traffic because you are writing articles related to your site content and people reading your articles must have found something related to what they are looking for and would decide to take a look at your site to learn more and that can generate good sales if you have products you are promoting on your site.

In my Experience Article writing has contributed a lot to some of my success online, some years ago when i started some online jobs i was promoting my referral link for a paid to read email site, that’s hits4pay, and submitted some articles on it to directories and forums to my greatest surprise i stopped promoting that since last year or early this year but till now i still see people joining the site almost every week through my link, at a time i got confused cause i can’t even remember the sites i posted on that i had to ask some of them how they saw my link, I have gotten up to 200 people through that, and that also helped me in building a good list of internet business newbies.

One point I think you missed here is that even though the ultimate result you may want from writing an article is to make a sale, you cannot write your article the same way you write a sales letter or a promotional piece.

People don’t read articles to be sold or told; they read articles to get information and learn something — or possibly to be entertained.

So it’s important to keep all the “pushy” kinds of language out of the article, because it will definitely turn the reader off. And that’s not the goal of any article, I’m sure!

    Just a thought here.
